We enjoyed this hotel. The staffs were professional & amicable. The location was comfortable and perfect, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Mathew Street. The bus stop was 10 minutes’ walk away.
TBH, the room was really hot, we expected better.

I appreciated staying in this great place. The location was marvellous and perfect for traveling around Liverpool, very close to a taxi that city b, a shut down pub that was n't welcoming and the centre. Besides, it was 3 km away from International Slavery Museum.

The workers were exceptionally nice and amiable. It was in a great and perfect location close enough to the surrounding area, centre, and Albert Dock. Also, staying within 15 minutes’ walk from The Cavern Club was wonderful.

Everything was good, the room was cosy and warm with shared bathroom. Layout and interior design were nice. The hotel was in an unbeatable location, to historical center. Stayed here before and I would definitely come back.
